Interested in Being a Lifeguard at Shipwreck Island Waterpark?
We are now taking applications for lifeguards for the 2008 season. If you are interested in being a lifeguard, please call Shipwreck Island Waterpark at
850-234-3333, extension 219, during normal business hours (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday).
We certify our lifeguards with RED CROSS training. If you already have a valid RED CROSS lifeguard license, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid Certification, please let us know as you apply.
Fees: $50.00
(includes shirt, suit, shorts, RED CROSS card, cap, whistle, and lanyard.)
Sunglasses are a necessary item to do your job as a lifeguard. We do not provide sunglasses based on the range of styles and prices available. Please know you WILL NEED sunglasses as part of your day-to-day uniform.
